Heidi Burkley is the founder and Chief Talent Strategist of  EXALT Hiring SolutionsTM and its brand EXALT Search Group. 
 
She began her career in Human Resource upon completing her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from the UNLV.   Prior to that, she held various leadership roles within operations management and customer service where she led full-time and part-time employees. Her responsibilities centered upon motivating and leading staff, training and development, performance management, accountability, project management, auditing and safety compliance and succession planning.

Her education, knowledge, experience and expertise have enabled her to become a trusted advisor in helping field leaders achieve hiring and retention success. In addition, she’s been instrumental in helping companies meet and exceed affirmative action and diversity hiring goals. Moreover, she has consulted with leaders (Executive, field, regional, district and division) on strategies focused on recruitment, interview and selection processes, pre-employment assessments, sourcing, new hire orientation and on-boarding, retention and reward programs, succession planning, recruiting leadership programs including college recruitment, employer branding including marketing collateral as well as, upgrades to careers website and developing and facilitating (On-site and E-Learning) training for field leaders.

Finally, she has been recognized for dramatically improving operation productivity and efficiency, and creating and implementing talent management strategies which have dramatically improved the quality of hires, bench strength, retention, and cost associated with high turnover.

Heidi recently launched EXALT Hiring Solutions a HR Consulting Firm - specializing in strategic talent management solutions. The company helps small to mid-sized organizations build strong workforces by supporting them align their business with the critical talent they need to achieve workforce success.
