Founded in 2009 EXALT Hiring Solutions™ is a Chicago-based human resource consulting firm specializing in strategic workforce solutions. They are located in the west loop of Downtown Chicago.  

 

They offer a mix of value added services and products that are both quality focused and cost effective to ensure their clients hire the right people with the skills at the right time.  EXALT Hiring Solutions™ consults with clients on recruitment strategy, interviewing and selection, assessments, employee engagement and retention as well as recognition and rewards.

 

In addition, the company offers services in executive search and project-based recruitment through its search division EXALT Search Group™.  In addition, it offers on-demand learning content through EXALT On-Demand™ and workshops for small business through its knowledge consortium the SBC of Chicago.
